Then, using light feathery strokes in an upward motion to peak and bridge the Cupid’s bow , draw a line just outside your natural lip line
– just DO NOT go into the corners; one wants emphasize luscious lips not create a trout pout.
This will make both the upper and lower lips appear fuller. You may then apply your lipstick all over your lips up to the top of the line.
After apply a tiny dab of a highlighting shimmer just above the Cupid’s bow (this helps make your lips appear more full).
Finally, you can either apply Lip Glass to give your lips the perfect, non-moving glossy effect (let’s be honest, no one likes it if their lipstick bleeds) or a little bit of highlighting shimmer to the center of your lower lip to play a “trick of the light” that is less intense than gloss in creating the illusion of plumper lips.
