This is a fad that I 100% support and think every true fashionista should get behind. As it was in the late 80’s it is again, sneakers have become one of the most highly sought after fashion accessory – And, I’m not talking about your typical gym shoes. This season’s “must have” is a stylish high-top, wedge sneaker – hidden in each of these sport-inspired shoes is a platform, wedge which lends a feminine appeal to the look. The hottest brands of the moment are Marc Jacobs, Steve Madden and Jeffrey Campbell. Course if you want to stick with a more classic sneaker brand, Nike is releasing a new Nike Dunk Sky High that riffs on the iconic original Nike Dunk – I have heard that Nike will be releasing limited editions of these shoes in various cities and stores over the next few months and no two stores or cities will carry the same style (though I can neither confirm nor deny this).
